The reorganization of the NBCUniversal entertainment content team was completed with Susan Rovner hiring the team and leaving about 50 employees as part of the changes.
Deadline understands that Bruce Evans, EVP, Current Programming and Dan Shear, EVP, Comedy Development at Peacock, are two of the sensational players. This is the latest shift with the current programming combined with development and comedy development under Jeff Meyerson.
The move comes after Rovner introduced her leadership team in November with Lisa Katz becoming president of Scripture Content and splitting the unwritten team into two sections.
Cara Dellaverson and Alex Sepiol have been appointed to co-lead the development and streaming of dramas in the NBCU portfolio, including NBC, its cable networks and streamer Peacock. They have both been named EVP, Drama Series, Entertainment Content and report to Katz.

Michael Sluchan will lead films, children’s programs and co-productions as EPP, current series and co-productions, entertainment content. Under Jenny Groom, EPP, Unscripted Content, who oversees formats and games for talent competitions, Sharon Vuong will lead the development as SVP, Unscripted Development, Entertainment Content and Shelby Shaftel will lead the current programming as SVP, Unscripted Current Programming, Entertainment Content .
