It is understood that Lovato will play the leading role and deliver executive products Hungry, with a group of “friends who are part of a food issue group” helping each other find love, success and the perfect thing in the fridge that will improve it all. The pilot will go through Will & Grace alumna en Warm in Cleveland creator Suzanne Martin.

Lovato was open about her own struggle with disordered eating. In December, the singer posted a festive photo shoot on Instagram in which she lined her stretch marks with gold glitter. “I previously believed that recovery from an eating disorder was not real,” Lovato wrote in part. ‘I’m so grateful to be able to say honestly for the first time in my life. My dietitian looked at me and said, ‘This is what eating disorder looks like. ”
