Demi Lovato is a star in a single camera comedy series who earned a pit pilot assignment at NBC.
The project is titled ‘Hungry’. It follows friends who are part of a food issue group while helping each other find love, success and the perfect thing in the fridge that is going to improve it all.
Lovato will star in executive productions in addition to the lead role. The series comes from writer and executive producer Suzanne Martin, who won two Emmy Awards during her time as writer and producer of ‘Frasier’. She recently wrote a revival of ‘Will & Grace’ at NBC for an executive and an executive. Will & Grace star Sean Hayes will also deliver executive production with Todd Milliner via Hazy Mills. SB Projects scooter Braun, James Shin and Scott Manson will also deliver executive production. Universal Television will produce. Martin and Hazy Mills are currently being presented in the studio.
“Hungry” is the latest project that Hazy Mills and Martin have collaborated on. Others include ‘Hot in Cleveland’, ‘The Soul Man’ and ‘Crowded’.
Lovato is a talented actress and is a world famous singer / songwriter. She got her breakthrough role in the Disney Channel original movie “Camp Rock” and its sequels. She has also appeared in several episodes of the “Will & Grace” revival, as well as in programs such as “Grey’s Anatomy”, “From Dusk Til Dawn: The Series” and “Glee.”
As a singer, she has released six studio albums to date, the most recent of which was ‘Tell Me You Love Me’ in 2017. She also has several gold and platinum singles to her name, including the title track ‘Tell Me You Love’. I.
