CDC MEETING GUIDANCE

The Centers for Disease Control has announced that fully vaccinated Americans can contract indoors with other vaccinated individuals without wearing a mask or social clearance.

The CDC’s recommendations also say that vaccinated can be treated in the same way – in a single household – with people who consider the low risk of serious diseases, as in the case of vaccinated grandparents who visit healthy children and grandchildren.

The CDC goes on to recommend that fully vaccinated people should still wear well-fitting masks, avoid large gatherings, and physically distance themselves from others when in public. The CDC also advised vaccinated people to be tested if they develop COVID-19-related symptoms.

Symptoms

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention identified these as possible symptoms of COVID-19:

  • Fever of 100.4 or higher
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Cold Fever
  • Repeat shaking with chills
  • Muscle aches
  • Headache
  • Keelseer
  • New loss of taste or smell
