- Vandals spray-painted political graffiti on the houses of the two leading congressmen.
- New Hampshire canceled his Republican governor’s public inauguration due to armed protesters in his backyard.
- Vice President Pence now supports a growing movement among Republicans in Congress to present a futile last protest against the certification of President-elect Joe Biden on Wednesday.
- President Trump is keen to promote a losing ball: its supporters promise to converge on Wednesday from across the country DC as Biden’s victory becomes official. “THIS COULD HAVE BEEN THE BIGGEST EVENT IN WASHINGTON DC HISTORY,” claims a video Trump tweeted again overnight Saturday.
The attacks on the house of San Francisco of Nancy Pelosi, House of Representatives, and the House of Senate, Mitch McConnell, in Kentucky, is a wonderful new offense:
- Garbage bags are strapped on yesterday to the garage door of Pelosi’s house with a ‘$ 2K’ spray-painted and pulled through, for $ 2,000 stimulus checks, reports NBC Bay Area. The graffiti, which covered the entire garage door, also said, “CANCeL ReNT!” and “WE WANT TO REMOVE!” In the driveway there was fake blood and a pig’s head in red.
- In Louisville, spray paint on McConnell’s door reads, “WERE MY MONEY.” ‘MITCH KILLS THE ARM’ has been scratched over a window, reports AP. An ominous one directed at McConnell was painted under the mailbox.
New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu, A Republican who was elected to a third term in November nailed it to CNN on Monday when he interpreted his decision to cancel his inauguration ceremony outdoors as a result of ‘ongoing public safety concerns’.
- Sununu called it a ‘congestion, I think, of what we see in the whole country … There’s this whole new frontier, there’s a whole new goalpost of what people consider acceptable if they are not happy.’
- Now Sununu will hold a virtual inauguration, attended by legislative leaders.
