TV ratings for Tuesday, February 16: ‘Young Rock’ and ‘Kenan’ on NBC

In the latest reviews of the TV show, the label team of Young rock and Kenan significantly improved NBC’s lead slot on Tuesday, paving the way for It’s us to stand up too.

Young rock debuted to 5 million total viewers and a 0.9 demo rating, while Kenan drew 4.1 million and a 0.8 – average double what the on-hiatus and Sunday-bound Zoey’s playlist did recently in the eight o’clock.

TVLine readers gave both first-year sitcoms an average grade of ‘B’, with about 77 percent planning to fit in with them.

Derive from it, It’s us (5.6 mil / 1.1, read summary) rose to its best numbers in four episodes, while Nurses (2.2 mil / 0.3) was stable.

Tuesday elsewhere:

VOS | The resident (3.7 mil / 0.6) increased, Lost son (2.1 mil / 0.4) was flat.

ABC | To tell the truth (4 mil / 0.6), black ice (2.6 mil / 0.5), mixed (2.1 mil / 0.4) and Big skyThe winter final (4 mil / 0.6, read post-mortem) was all steady.

CBS | ‘A NCIS repeat awards Tuesday’s largest audience: 5.63 million.

THE CW | Two sentence horror stories (450K / 0.1) and Fraudster‘s series final (412K / 0.1) was consistent.

The Live + Same Day numbers reported in our rating column are not reflects the overall performance of a program, given the increasing use of delayed playback via DVR and streaming platforms, plus outdoor viewing. These numbers (Nielsen-fast subjects, unless indicated as finals) are rather aimed at merely illustrating trends or superlatives. If Happy Fun Ball starts smoking, you should get away immediately.
