There’s a ‘ton’ of ‘very cool’ Titanfall content appearing after Apex Legends Season 9 • Eurogamer.net

“If you’re a Titanfall fan, keep going for season 9.”

Buckle up, Titanfall fans – a ton of Titanfall-flavored content comes after the launch of Battle Royale, Apex Legends.

During a panel at BrownGirlGamerCode, Apex’s senior author Ashley Reed hinted that the studio was “integrating Titanfall” into future updates, as “Titanfall is a big part of the universe”.

Apex’s game director Chad Grenier also went a little further, confirming that Apex will offer a “cool thing” that we might recognize from Respawn’s award-winning shooting series.

“Next season – season 9 – you’re actually going to see a ton of Titanfall come back somehow,” Grenier hinted (thank you, Dexerto). “I’ve told people before that, if you’re a Titanfall fan, you’re going for season 9, because there’s going to be really cool stuff.”

As for the details? Unfortunately, Grenier or Reed cannot be drawn on further details, so all we can do now is keep an eye on this space.

ICYMI, Respawn recently banned two Apex Predators on Xbox who were caught having their DDoS on a server to win a contest.

After videos of the suspicious behavior appeared on reddit, respawn security analyst Conor “Hideouts” Ford confirmed the pair were banned.

This is not the first time that Respawn has had to deal with serious fraud issues in the ranking of the game: cooperation has often been an issue, and some predators have caught forming six-man teams to give themselves an advantage, something that Respawn said it would investigate after several top players were accused of cheating to appear.
