Ford Explorer King Ranch

Ford adds its premium West-themed King Ranch trim level currently offered in its F-Series and Expedition trucks to the popular SUV.

The King Ranch name is borrowed from an actual Texas farm established in 1853 and the largest in the USA

The Explorer King Ranch has the same two-tone leather upholstery as its stablemates with King Ranch brands on the center console and seats.

Real Sapele wood on the dashboard and steering wheel, while the exterior gets a unique gray grille, chrome exhaust points, 20-inch wheels with logo center caps and shiny Texas-size King Ranch badges.

KEY TYPE: FORD EXPLORER ST

However, this is not just a dog and pony show. The Explorer King Ranch is the first Explorer to be offered with rear-wheel drive and a 365 hp 3.0-liter turbo V6, but four-wheel drive is optional if you plan to take it out of the range.

Prices for the Explorer King Ranch start at $ 52,350 with two-wheel drive models and $ 54,350 with four-wheel drive, which is only $ 130 less than the top Explorer Explorer.
