Tarek El Moussa will not change anything about his relationship with Heather Rae Young.
On Saturday, the Flip of Flip star (39) reflected on how quickly his romance with the 33-year-old Sunset sale star has progressed.
“It’s amazing to think how much life can change in a short period of time,” El Moussa wrote on Instagram. “Yesterday was our 18th month anniversary and I love this girl by the day!”
“I came home after 4 days of meeting with @heatherraeyoung, she moved in and we never looked back. She improved the lives of everyone in my family exponentially,” he continued. “Everyone said I was crazy, but here we are engaged almost two years later. She is our rock, our best friend and my hunny bunny. We love you to the moon and back ❤️❤️❤️ … I can not wait to not continue to build this life with you. You make me a better man :). “

El Moussa and Young became engaged on July 25 while celebrating their one-year anniversary with a boat trip to Catalina Island, California. The couple first met on the fourth of July in 2019 and confirmed their relationship with joint Instagram posts in August.
In a recent episode of the new discovery + series HGTV House Party, El Moussa teased several details about their upcoming wedding.

The home remodeler said his fiancée would prefer a small wedding, with a DJ and a live band during their reception. He also hinted that the celebration might take place in September.

“I can not confirm where, but it will possibly be Catalina Island and it will not be Catalina Island anymore, so stay tuned,” he said.
El Moussa also hinted earlier that the ceremony may be in an international destination. The couple vacationed together in Paris and Hawaii and recently visited Mexico for a winter getaway.
The groom to be added, “We do not want a super big wedding, but our small wedding will probably be someone else’s big wedding, so we’ll see how things go. But we plan to do it far enough until where the pandemic will hopefully subside a bit. ‘
