Online personality Cleo ‘cle0h’ Hernandez released a nine-page statement Tuesday night in which she outlined allegations of sexual assault and domestic abuse against her ex-boyfriend Jay “sinatraa” Won, who is currently a respected Sentinels player.
cle0h and sinatraa had previously dated for a period of nine months before ending their relationship in mid-2020. She has mostly kept quiet about her relationship with the professional sports player since they broke up, but she decided to break the silence and come forward with her story on Tuesday.
“What I want to talk about is the sexual abuse that prevails in most of our relationship,” cle0h said in the introductory section of her statement. “I never wanted to talk about it, and I still have serious trauma on this subject, but I’m incredibly tired of keeping it a secret from him.”
In the document – which is extremely graphic, so readers should be warned before continuing to read – she claims that:
- sinatraa refused to wear a condom and finished inside her the first time they had sex without her permission
- Sinatraa continued to have sex with her on several occasions, although she said no and told him that she was in pain.
- sinatraa constantly emotionally manipulated her to have sex when she did not want to
- sinatraa constantly manipulated her by threatening to break up with her
As proof of her claims of sexual assault, she provided an audio recording of a video recorded in accordance, in which it can be clearly heard that she is saying no, while sinatraa refuses to stop. According to cle0h, it was not an isolated event and occurred regularly during the course of their relationship.
cle0h also presented a number of screenshots of text conversations with sinatraa to support her allegations about his emotionally abusive behavior.

Towards the end of her statement, cle0h explained the impact of sinatraa’s actions on her mental health and well-being, saying, ‘It may be a year later, but I’m still dealing with the damage he did to me every day. I had to give up interests and loves in an attempt not to see his face or hear his voice. I have paid tribute countless times to survivors of sexual assault. Speaking in anonymous groups for women who have been assaulted. Spent more than a year of my life in therapy to heal myself and get back what he took from me. ‘
