The Seattle Seahawks have been in the NFL off-season news cycle throughout and that’s not always a good thing. Not all presses are good in this case. It’s no secret that the relationship between franchise quarterback Russell Wilson and current Seahawks buyer is not quite on the same page.

Russell Wilson has made it very clear that he is not happy with who the Seahawks have surrounded him after a so-so year for the offense. The biggest concern for Wilson and the company is to repair the offensive issues. Whether the Seahawks address the offensive line needs via free agency or the draft, that will be a priority and probably at the top of the list of needs.

Wilson also wants more consistency from the broad reception room in 2021. DK Metcalf is one of the best in the league on the position, but in the same way his counterpart Tyler Lockett is one of the leagues that are more inconsistent receivers on a week to week basis.

Look at the needs of the Seahawks team

While the Seahawks have a number of holes to fill this season, they are still expected to be a contender if they retain Russell Wilson. If the Seahawks are indeed unable to resolve the internal issues, they will receive a large number of choices and players for a player, just as Wilson currently is.

The Seahawks currently have just four picks in the 2021 NFL draft after sending 2021’s first and third rounds for Jamal Adam to the Jets. Let’s assume they’re beating Russell Wilson for this mockery and trying to fix the upcoming free agency and draft.
