Melissa Gorga opened up in a new interview about her marriage battle.
The Star Housewives of New Jersey star talked about how the couple went through a difficult phase trying to grow together instead of falling apart, after they got together at a young age.
Before the premiere of season 11, Melissa (41) told Us Weekly: ‘This season it’s very raw. This is very real. It’s very different for Joe and I this season.

“We’ve been doing very well for 11 years. We are a wonderful couple. We try really hard. We fight really hard for our family and it is not easy to be on TV for 11 years and still stand strong. ‘
Over the years, Melissa admits that they have both changed, but that Joe, 41, prefers things to stay the same.
She explained: ‘He likes things to stay the same. I’ve been with him since I was 24 years old. So I changed my mind and felt that it was a close part of the marriage. Either you are going to grow together, or you are going to grow apart. And I think we’re fighting really hard to grow together,
