Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-Texas) said in a statement on Saturday that he would be blind for about a month after undergoing surgery to reattach the retina in his left eye.
Why it matters: Crenshaw, who lost his right eye and sustained serious damage to his left eye during his third deployment to Afghanistan in 2012, said he would be ‘fairly off track’ over the next few weeks.
