Prince Harry seems quite upset about the loss of his royal security privileges, and you can not blame him … especially because the police say he and Meghan Markle had an unwanted visitor to their property twice during the holidays.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … a 37-year-old man named Nickolas Brooks was caught on Christmas Eve entering the Duchess’s home in Montecito, CA, but the Santa Barbara County sheriff let him go with a warning.
We are told that the warning did not work because police say Brooks reappeared on the property on December 26 … so he was arrested this time.
According to our sources, Brooks had already driven from Ohio, but it’s unclear what he wanted from Harry and Meghan … whether they were even home during his visits.
Brooks is charged with one count of misconduct.

The incidents may not seem like a big deal, but they do highlight a much bigger point Harry made during last week. bomb TV interview with Oprah – he is worried about the safety of his family.
Harry tells Oprah when he and Meghan leave their senior royal roles and move to North America … Buckingham Palace they stripped of their British security team.
Harry says he pointed out that the risks for him and his family were no less, despite their status change … but he claims that did not change the decision.
Clearly, safety is still a justified, major concern.
