“I’m not ashamed to admit that it’s the source of many, if not all of my inspiration as I write,” Nick said of his Indian wife whom he married in December 2018.

‘I feel really happy that I have the muse and that it moves me to keep writing; it is ubiquitous to me, ‘he continues.

Priyanka, meanwhile, is filming her British TV mini-series Citadel in Britain.

“We are as much as we can to give as much time for those moments when we know we have to give up,” Nick explained to L’Officiel.

Although inspired by a deep love, his single Spaceman did not manage to connect with fans or appear on the Billboard charts, with one Buzzfeed critic citing the old adage about happiness as a recipe for bad art showed.

“Are they saying the album is bad because I’m happy?” Nick asked author Trey Taylor.

“I have had success for a long time. Anyone is entitled to their own opinion about my art or something I did – if they think it’s bad, I’d love to hear why.

“And not because they think I’m happy, it seems like a reasonable way to say it.”

‘Never take advice from the people you do not respect, right? Of those people, there certainly would not be anything where they would say it is not good, and the reason is because you are happy. ‘

“This is an interesting question,” he said. ‘It’s the dream of most artists to be respected and crowned by their peers. In some ways I feel like I was. In others I have not.

‘I’m not going to assume it’s because they do not get [my work], but maybe I should get better and push the envelope, push myself. ‘

“I do not think I am underestimated, I have room every day to grow and get better.”
