Nelly hopes to sell one of his properties, which he originally planned, but has been vacant for almost two decades.
The 46-year-old rapper, according to TMZ, put his mansion in Wildwood, Missouri, with a breathtaking view of the bushveld around the Meramec River, for $ 599,000.
The extensive estate with 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms of the artist lies on almost twelve hectares of land and features a basketball court outside, as well as separate games and media rooms.

The songwriter of the Ride Wit Me originally planned to renovate the home with a contractor friend when he bought the mansion 19 years ago.
However, the planned adjustments were never really done as intended and the house remained in a dilapidated condition for years.
The publication also reported that Nelly simply wants to reduce its losses and move some of the investment.
The property is located just outside a sparsely populated part of the country about thirty kilometers outside St. Louis and only minutes from the Hidden Valley Ski Resort in the nearby town of Eureka.
