According to the Illinois Department of Public Health, more than 80 provinces in Illinois have expanded to make COVID vaccine eligible for residents 16 years and older.
Referring to a survey among local health departments in the state, IDPH released a list of provinces that had already expanded a week before the state would do the same. There are 102 provinces in total in the state.
The state has earlier approved that any local health department ‘sees early signs of unfulfilled appointments to start vaccinating all residents aged 16 and over at their immediate discretion, to use their vaccine as soon as possible and the increase in new COVID To mitigate 19 cases, “IDPH said.
From April 12, the expectation will be that the entire country will be enlarged for all residents aged 16 and older, although it remains unclear whether Chicago will join the rest of the state.

According to IDPH, the expansion will mean that all state-sponsored mass vaccination sites, local health departments and pharmacy partners receiving vaccine through the state grant will be ” eligible.
