More than 20 personalities and functional security in Venezuela, denuncia NGO de derechos humanos

(CNN) – A total of 23 people were killed during an operation by security forces against suspected criminal gangs in La Vega, a high barrier of crime in the Caracas West, denounced by Mr Marino Alvarado, Provea’s investigator, a human rights NGO.

Authorities in Venezuela’s governorate have not been notified of any of the deaths in the operations that will start the fires. CNN communicated with the Ministry of Communications and Information and the Public Ministry and has not received a reply.

The Special Accounts Fairs (FAES) report on their Instagram account that, in response to denunciations of various residents of the barrier, more than 650 employees of various services of the Bolivar National Police Police (CPNB) are following an operation to “follow ir tras la busque de las bandas de delincuencia organiza que pretendían someter y socavar la tranquilidad de la communidad ”. The commander of the FAES, Miguel Domínguez, posted the videos on his Instagram account where he had various armed agents recreate a zone of La Vega and wrote: “PNB and FAES employees in La Vega work in the people” .

The High Commission of the United Nations for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet, filed in 2019 with Maduro’s governor dismantling security forces such as the FAES. Informed about the situation in Venezuela, Bachelet documented a series of extrajudicial evictions in which FAES signals as responsible presidents. The Venezuelan governor has read the UN document.
