The command was simple: “How do we make something that seems very difficult – almost impossible – while we can actually build it, and it does not cost a fortune?” says Ryan Shear, managing partner of Property Markets Group, the developer of the building, with Greybrook Realty Partners. ‘It was a challenge to make something that looked structurally challenging; it has an interesting facade.
