Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., Pushed back Wednesday against fellow Republican Rep. Dan Crenshaw, R-Texas, after Congressman for Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., The tallest woman in the house, defended for her. vote to accuse President Trump.
“With all due respect to Rep. Crenshaw, this is a minority view within the minority party,” Gaetz tweeted to Crenshaw.
Crenshaw earlier said Cheney has a ‘hell much more backbone than most’ and calls her a ‘principled leader’.
Cheney and nine other House Republicans voted with Democrats to condemn Trump on Wednesday for “inciting insurgency” after a crowd of his supporters stormed the Capitol on January 6 in an unsuccessful attempt to certify the election of President Joe Biden’s Electoral College to stop over the president.

CRENSHAW HAS CHENEY’S BACK TO CALLS FOR HER PARENT FROM HOMEGOP LEADERSHIP POSITION
Cheney, the highest-ranking member of the GOP House who voted for the accusation, received calls from a handful of Republican colleagues to thank her from her leadership position over the vote.
The Wyoming congressman, who wrote on Tuesday “There has never been a greater betrayal by a President of the United States of his office and his oath to the Constitution,” rejected the resignation calls.

“I’m not going anywhere,” she told a reporter. “It’s a vote of conscience. It’s one where there are different opinions in our conference.”
