Alison, who is representing herself in the case, says the Honey singer made the false allegations despite the fact that she would know the damage it would cause, given her personal trauma and health problems.

She cited trauma as a result of the alleged ‘satanic’ abuse she suffered from their mother Patricia, who is the subject of another case Alison Carey filed against her mother last year.

She also said Mariah was aware that her sister was suffering from spinal and digestive disorders and a traumatic brain injury, short-term memory problems and vision problems after she was attacked in 2015 in an ‘unresolved home invasion’.

Alison – who is HIV + has been arrested in the past for prostitution – also said she struggled with alcohol abuse after being sober for a long time.

With that in mind, Alison says her famous sister maliciously “used her status as a public figure to attack her moneyless sister and generate sensational headlines describing loud claims to promote the sales of her book.”

The elder, Mrs. Carey, is seeking restitution for ‘intentional infliction of immense emotional distress caused by the heartless, venomous, vengeful, contemptuous and totally unnecessary public humiliation of the defendant’s already deeply damaged older sister.’

According to court documents, she sent an offer to Mariah’s legal team to settle on January 8, but never heard from her again.

Mariah’s sister is not the only one who is excited about the book.

Her brother, Morgan, 60, said he planned to sue during a conversation with The Sun in November 2020, calling his memories of his sister ‘wrongdoing’.

In the book, she also claims that Morgan was hired to kill someone for $ 30,000, but never got through the work.

“It’s heartbreaking to see my little sister come down in this hateful deceptive revisionist outburst because it’s so reminiscent of her indifferent behavior during her first crash,” he said.

‘The so-called’ memoir ‘is laden with lies, distortions and gross revisionism from beginning to end, and I can prove it.

“If I reveal the truth, the facts and supporting evidence, it will be a very hard pill for her and her publishers to swallow and rest assured that I will file a case.”

Mariah was also cold while speaking to Vulture during a profile last August about her relationship with her siblings, saying: ‘This is the thing: they were most of my life merciless just heartless to me as a human being handle. I would never have talked about my family at all if they had not even done so. ‘

‘I have forgiveness in my heart, and that’s why I forgive them, but I’m not trying to invite anyone to come and hang out here. I think they are very broken, and I feel sad for them. ‘

Mariah says it took “a lifetime” for her to be brave enough to write the book, which was “incredibly difficult” for her.

In the preface, she writes: “This book is composed of my memories and my misfortunes, my struggles, my survival … I went deep into my childhood and gave the scared little girl a big voice inside me.”
