Kelly Osbourne has revealed she fell back after staying sober for almost four years.
The 36-year-old media personality told fans on Instagram Stories that she is not ‘proud’ of her actions and is already “getting back on track”.
“It’s a little hard for me to talk about, but I’ve always promised you that I’ll always be honest with you about where I am and what’s going on in my path to recovery,” Osbourne admitted. “I returned. Not proud of it. But I’m back on track.”
The former host of the “Fashion Police” said on Monday that she is sober again and will be ‘sober’ tomorrow.

“But I learned it’s only one day at a time,” Osbourne continued. “I just want to tell you the truth, because I never, ever want to lie to you. Thank you so much for your support and your love.”

Osbourne became sober in 2017. She said earlier that she was addicted to drugs and alcohol to deal with her depression.
In 2019, she celebrates two years sober. “I woke up this morning feeling overwhelmed with gratitude. I can’t even put into words how much my life has changed over the past two years,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “Thank you to the friends and family who supported me on this journey. I love you all very much. If you are new to sobriety, life is going really well.”

“Things got really dark,” Osbourne reflects. “I gave up everything in my life, but I mostly gave myself up. Living on living conditions became too much for me to deal with. The only way I knew how to function was to do self-medication and of project. to go to project. so I never have to focus on what’s really going on with me. I had to give something … and it did. “
“I have [spent] over the past year really worked on my mind body and soul! I had to take a step out of the public eye away from my job and give myself a chance to heal and find out who the f is – I really am without a camera in my face, ‘she added.

It was a difficult time for the Osbourne family, as Kelly’s mother, Sharon, left her CBS talk show “The Talk” at the end of March after an investigation into allegations of racist behavior and an air accident with fellow presenter Sheryl Underwood.
