Kate Middleton was reportedly killed for allegations that she made Meghan Markle cry before the former American actress’ royal wedding in 2018 to Prince Harry.
On March 7, CBS aired a two-hour interview that Markle (39) and her husband (36) conducted with Oprah Winfrey. The Duchess of Sussex has cleared the air over the ongoing rumor that she has caused the Duchess of Cambridge to shed tears.
The 39-year-old told the media magnate (67) that “the reverse happened.”
Markle claims that the story that she and the Duchess of Cambridge (39) had a long feud as a result of Middleton’s crying during the wedding “simply did not happen”. Instead, Markle explained that Middleton a few days before the wedding was upset about the flower girl dress her daughter, Princess Charlotte, had to wear.

“It made me cry and hurt my feelings,” Markle explained. “And I thought in the context of all the other things that led to the wedding at the time, that it doesn’t make sense to not just do what everyone else is doing, trying to support.”
On Monday, Royal Writer and Vanity Fair correspondent Katie Nicholl told OK! Magazine that Middleton allegedly did not accept the television statement well.
“It’s been a very difficult few days for Kate, but she showed up and was committed to her job and duty last week,” Nicholl told the outlet. “People noticed that she appeared depressed and restrained. Behind closed doors, she was sad, disappointed and hurt.”
“From what I hear, there are different versions of the bridesmaid story, not just the ones Meghan discussed,” Nicholl continued. “Kate felt it was all sorted out, so it was deadly to educate it again. Kate is unable to respond, and Meghan and Harry know it.”

Nicholl has previously written a book about Middleton entitled ‘Kate: The Future Queen’, in which she took an in-depth look at her initiation into royal life.
“Kate has never wanted a proposal of a breakup with Meghan to get out in the press. So it’s hard to get this story spread,” Nicholl shared. Kate is so discreet and respects her personal life. You never hear that she has fallen out with anyone because she is very careful about how she treats others.
‘Kate en [Prince] William feels that they were very welcome at Meghan and Harry. Any accusations against the monarchy are accusations against their family. It hurts and they feel disappointed. Obviously they still like Harry and Meghan, but this interview has built up feathers. ‘
During the interview, however, Markle noted that the alleged feud ended almost as quickly as it started thanks to an apology from Middleton.

“It was a very difficult week of the wedding,” Markle explained. “And she was upset about something, but she owned it, and she apologized. And she brought me flowers and a note and apologized. And she did what I would do if I knew that I hurt someone, right to just take responsibility for It. “
Still, Markle hoped palace aides would set the record while tabloids descended on the story. However, she was allegedly told several times that this would not be possible.
“What was hard to come by was blamed for something that not only I did not do, but that also happened to me,” Markle later told Winfrey. “Everyone in the institution knew it was not true …. I do not share the piece about Kate in any way to disrespect her. I think it is really important that people understand the truth. … She is a good person. And I think so much of what I saw is this idea of polarity. If you love me, you do not have to hate her. And if you love her, you do not have to hate me. “
“It looks like they really want a story of a hero and a villain,” Markle added.

As for Middleton’s husband, Nicholl claims that William (38) was furious about the bomber, which was watched by nearly 50 million people worldwide.
“William is not relieved with his brother,” Nicholl claims. “He, [Prince] Charles and the Queen held crisis talks in the days after the interview on how to proceed. It is well documented that the brothers took steps to reconcile their once close bond, but sources claim that William believed the Oprah interview was the last straw. But despite the anger, they both want to resolve this feud. ‘
Thirty-six hours after the interview aired in the U.S., Buckingham Palace issued a statement.
“The whole family is saddened to see how challenging Harry and Meghan have been over the past few years,” a statement from the palace told Fox News. “The issues, especially the race, are relevant. Some memories may differ, but they are taken very seriously and will be addressed privately by the family.”

“Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be very close family members,” the statement concluded.
Representatives of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex did not comment when Fox News reached out.
After Harry and Markle got married in May 2018 in Windsor Castle, the royal family seemed to be welcoming the Duchess of Sussex, a glamorous former TV star. The pair are seen as a fresh young face for the monarchy of an increasingly multicultural nation.
It did not take long before the fairy tale unraveled.

The couple relinquished royal duties last year and eventually settled in California, saying they wanted to escape the racist coverage and unwanted invasion of their privacy by the British media.
During the interview, the duke and duchess told that they are expecting a girl who should be this summer.
