KANSAS CITY, Ma. The Chiefs had 20 people, including quarterback Patrick Mahomes, other players and staff members, in line for a haircut Sunday with a barber who tested positive for COVID-19, sources told Adam Schefter, ESPN.
Chiefs center Daniel Kilgore was in the middle of the haircut when the Chiefs pulled the barber when his COVID-19 Test results came in, Schefter reported. Kilgore and the barber both wore masks.
Kilgore excited the news and tweeted a “#NewProfilePic” of himself with half his head shaved.

The Chiefs on Monday placed Kilgore and Demarcus Robinson, a wide receiver, on the reserve / COVID-19 list after being considered close contacts.
Robinson and Kilgore have not practiced since they were placed on the COVID-19 list this week. But they can play again in Super Bowl LV against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday if they are negative for five days in a row.
