Jennifer Wayne announced her engagement to Austin Moody last month after six months of dating.
And the granddaughter of John Wayne reached the altar after a whirlwind romance.
She tied the knot with Moody on Saturday during an intimate western-themed beach wedding in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, less than two weeks after announcing their engagement.

The 38-year-old chose the place because they like the area, and they ‘wanted to get married on the water’.
Moody, 29, told People: ‘Jennifer grew up on the beach, and there is something so calming and healing about the sea. We have a boat that ‘sails’ after we untied the knot. ‘
They brought a western twist to the beach wedding and added: ‘This is a cowboy / cowgirl wedding. Everyone will be in boots and hats. ‘
Wayne stunned in a custom-made dress by Nashville-based designer Tyler Minor: ‘The dress is made of crepe chiffon. It’s a very classic style with a bit of a bohemian and western twist. ‘

The bride wore her grandmother Pilar Pallete’s engagement ring from grandfather John Wayne for her ‘something blue’.
She said: ‘On their 10th year of existence, he fitted the diamond and had it restored in a floral setting. Austin used his grandmother’s diamonds to create an engagement ring for me [made with help from my best friend’s mom, Dobrila Pintar,] also in the flower environment. So I bought all the ladies in the wedding birth monthly earrings from Local Eclectic to keep the theme. ‘
The ceremony was followed by a casual reception with food provided by Cowgirl Kitchen, as well as Duke bourbon and Caymus wine.
Wayne and her groom opted for a ‘very small’ wedding with less than 20 guests, consisting of immediate family and close friends.

This comes after the bride and Runaway Jane member overcame her own battle with COVID-19 in early 2020.
They said: ‘We take COVID very seriously and have asked all guests to have a recent COVID test before attending. We hold the ceremony outdoors with plenty of space to social distance. ‘
The newlyweds plan to celebrate with all their loved ones when it’s safer, with a big party in Nashville, where they live.
They announced on Instagram on December 30 when she showed her rock and wrote: ‘Congratulations on the birthday of the man with whom I can spend the rest of my life !!! I love you @theaustinmoody. Can’t wait to celebrate the day with you … ‘
Wayne and Moody could not wait a second longer to get married, only six months after they first went out.
They reconnected five years after they met when her bandmate Natalie Stovall texted her: ‘Austin has found a dog left behind on the highway. He knew Natalie, and he knew she loved dogs. So, he sends the photo of the dog to Natalie, and Natalie says, “Oh, Jen saves dogs … we need to send to Jen.” The rest is history! ‘
