The eighth man of the Packers, Aaron Rodgers, debuts as host on Danger today, and one contestant took the opportunity to address the way the Packers season came to an end.
At Final Jeopardy, when the contestants wrote down their answers to the last clue, one contestant did not try to answer and rather referred to the end of the NFC championship package loss for the Buccaneers, when Packers coach Matt LaFleur chose to ‘ a field goal on fourth and goal instead of keeping Rodgers on the field trying to score an attack and tie the game with a two-point conversion.
“Who wanted to kick that field goal?” wrote the participant.
Rodgers replies, ‘This is a great question. That should be right, but unfortunately for this game today, it’s wrong. ”
After the loss to Packers, Rodgers made it clear that the field goal was not his decision, although he also said he understood LeFleur’s thinking.
