Loews Hotels announced on Saturday that they will not be hosting a planned fundraiser for Senator Josh Hawley at one of its Florida properties next month.
“We are appalled and opposed to the events at the Capitol and all those who supported and incited the actions,” the company said in a statement. statement posted on Twitter. “In light of these events and for the safety of our guests and team members, we informed the fundraiser host in February that it will no longer be held at Loews Hotels.”
