Five Oklahoma City officials are charged with fatal shooting at teen robbery robbery

Five Oklahoma City officials were charged with manslaughter on Wednesday after they shot dead a suspect in a robbery against men last year.

Stavian Rodriguez, 15, died last November after being shot 13 times, according to The Oklahoman. Police said he did not follow the orders of the officers to get on the ground but stabbed in his back pocket.
