The Tribunal de Primera Instancia a través del Juez Superior Anthony Cuevas Ramos, desestimó esta tarde la demande presenter de por extandidate a la alcaldía de San Juan, Manuel Natal, en la buscaba impugnar la election elieu Miguel Romero como alcalde por la existence allegadas irregularity.
Following the sentencing of the Tribunal, the petition is rejected “by failure to comply with the jurisdictional term established in the Electoral Code of 2020 to place the impugned candidate”.
Decir, Natal, did not replace the impeachment candidate within the term of five days that established the new Electoral Code
“We recognize that we are a novel novel, but we have all the previous ones, and it is understood that our interpretation of the terms of the Electoral Code of 2020 is very restrictive and that these terms should be considered as one of a more strict restriction. “The petitioner also complied with all the requisites”, read the sentence.
January 21st, Rome presents a motion of censure for failure to exercise jurisdiction over a person. As written by Romero Lugo, it is limited to arguing about the lack of jurisdiction over the person having no job required by the Electoral Code.
Natal argues that there is a mayoral term for adjective papers that the term of persons who in effect vote validly in the Unidad 77 of San Juan and pedia that the order of the celebration of a new election for the Alcaldia of San Juan solely in the Unidad 77 that dice is justified with the alleged irregularities.
