Donald Trump’s latest election rant concludes with ‘Other than that, Happy Easter’

Former President Donald Trump once again unleashed a press release on Friday, pointing to his false sense of election fraud with unexpectedly cheerful Easter wishes.

“Why is the Fake News Media every time the charges are unfounded, unfounded, unfounded, etc., every time the election fraud in 2020 is discussed?” read the statement. “Unfortunately, there was massive fraud in the 2020 presidential election, and many people who are very angry understand it.”

“With each passing day, and unfortunately for the Radical Left CRAZIES, more and more facts are emerging,” he added. “Other than that, Merry Easter!”

As Trump is undoubtedly well aware, election security officials, international election observers, state and federal courts and his own Department of Justice have all established that there is no evidence of widespread fraud in the 2020 election.

Social media users also noted that Trump released his message the same day when a vehicle attempted to violate the safety of the Capitol, resulting in the deaths of one police officer and the driver. Not once did he mention the attack.

Trump – who once said that COVID-19 would miraculously disappear by April 2020 so that the US could be back to normal by Easter – issued just as strange Easter wishes earlier. Last year, he cheerfully announced the day commemorating Christ’s crucifixion by tweeting: “HAPPY GOOD FRIDAY TO ALL!”

Since Twitter banned him, the former president has publicly stated that he prefers his “more elegant” press releases over the social network he once used incessantly.

But Twitter users still took the opportunity to mock him. ‘Other than that, Happy Easter’ has started to trend on the social media platform.
