The lawsuits were filed Tuesday and Wednesday in Harris County, Texas. Both plaintiffs are represented by attorney Tony Buzbee.
CNN contacted Watson’s agent for comment. An NFL spokesman told CNN on Wednesday that the league is aware of the reports but will refuse further comment at this time.
The first case alleges that Watson assaulted an unnamed licensed massage therapist by touching her with his penis while receiving a massage at the therapist’s home in March 2020.
“As a result of a message on social media by an advertising plaintiff’s attorney, I recently took note of a lawsuit that was apparently filed against me,” Watson tweeted Tuesday. ‘I have not seen the complaint yet, but I know it: I have never treated any woman with anything but the utmost respect.

CNN released Buzbee on whether Watson had been offered a six-digit settlement.

The lawsuit states that the therapist was ‘shocked and killed’ and ended the session.
Watson left the ‘house without further incident’ and later apologized by text for the alleged incident, according to the case.
The lawsuit said the woman ‘compensates’ minimal compensation, as well as court costs and punitive damages.
The Texans said in a statement to CNN on Wednesday: “We became aware last night through a social media message of a civil lawsuit in which Deshaun Watson was involved. This is the first time we have heard of the case, and we hope to know more soon.
“We take allegations of this nature involving someone within the Houston Texans organization seriously. We will await further information before making any further statements about this incident.”
Second woman alleges assault in August 2020
In the second lawsuit, it is alleged that Watson assaulted and harassed an unnamed masseuse in a hotel in Houston in August 2020 by touching her with his penis and exposing himself. According to the lawsuit, the woman, who lives in Atlanta, was flown in for the massage.
“Watson’s behavior is part of a disturbing pattern of prey on vulnerable women,” the court document reads.

The woman said no, but Watson “kept insisting and said ‘come up more’ and ‘go here’ to his genitals,” the court document reads.
The lawsuit also states that Watson was moving in her direction at the time, causing her to touch his genitals. After Watson overturned, exposed, according to the lawsuit, the woman said Watson should cover himself with a towel, but Watson refused. The woman stops the massage and says she should leave.
When CNN was reached Wednesday night, the Texans said they did not have an updated statement.
Watson played four seasons in Houston and was selected for three Pro Bowls. According to the Spotrac website, he signed a $ 156 million four-year contract in 2020.
