Deshaun Watson claims that at least 5 of his accused did massage therapy on the QB after alleged sexual misconduct … and the NFL star believes this is evidence that the women are lying.
Watson has just filed new court documents in response to the 22 female massage therapists who have filed against him. And now that he knows the identities of his accused, he goes after them one by one.
“In the few days since Mr Watson learned of the identity of his accused, his legal team has already uncovered evidence that numerous allegations in this attack are simply not true or accurate,” Watson’s lawyer said. Rusty Hardin, says in the court documents.
Hardin gives 6 points that he believes will help prove his client’s innocence …
“After the massage therapy sessions with Mr. Watson, 8 plaintiffs boasted, praised and got excited about Mr. Watson.”
– “7 plaintiffs willingly or offered to work with Mr Watson after their alleged incidents”
– “3 plaintiffs lied about the number of sessions they actually had with Mr. Watson”
– “3 plaintiffs lied about their alleged trauma and consequential damage”
– “5 plaintiffs told others they wanted to take money from Mr Watson”
– “5 plaintiffs scrubbed or deleted their social media accounts completely”
Hardin clearly believes that any woman who would work with Watson after suffering such trauma during an alleged sexual misconduct is lying.
Hardin claims he proved that five defendants “chose to cooperate with Mr Watson, even after alleging that he had acted offensively and aggressively in previous sessions.”
This, of course, raises the question of why they would agree to follow-up therapy sessions when they claim that their experiences have made them feel like they want to ‘vomit’ and that they ‘no longer accept massage clients, for fear of repeating this type of harassment. . ‘”
As for Hardin’s allegation that some of the accused are scrubbing their accounts on social media, he believes they are doing so to rework their images.
Watson names four defendants and says, “Before their names became known, their versions contained photographs that were inconsistent with the image they portrayed through their petitions.”
Watson and his lawyer are asking the courts to drop the lawsuits against him and force the accused to pay his court costs.
