Denton County is now open for registration for the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the Denton County Department of Public Health.
Registration opened on Wednesday afternoon for people in the 1A and 1B groups for the next COVID-19 vaccination clinic.
Pre-registration by phone is required, and registration will close once all the vaccine stock has been allocated.
According to the Public Health Department, the vaccine is limited.
“We are currently experiencing very high call volumes and are very sorry if you could not succeed yet. If you do arrive at the waiting music / directions, stay on the line and do not hang up. At the moment there is no vaccine available “We will post an update when the registration is full. Thank you,” said Jennifer Rainey, a public information officer for Denton County Public Health.
