HBO Max doubles the animation for adults, orders three series and sets a vibrant development page.
The streamer has an order of two seasons to Clone high, reloading the classic MTV series with Phil Lord, Chris Miller and Bill Lawrence, and ordering Velma with Mindy Kaling as principal and executive producer and Fired on Mars of Pete Davidson.
These projects are the latest ordered by HBO Max Harley Quinn, The Prince, Santa Inc., 10-year-old Tom and The Boondocks. Last month, it also launched a new landing page for animation.
Kloon Hoog, a relaunch of the 2002 series set on a high school for clones of historical figures, comes from MTV Entertainment Studios. Lord and Miller are considered executive producers and writers, and Lawrence is executive producer with Erica Rivinoja, who wrote about the original Kloon Hoog, designated as show runner.

Lord and Miller began their careers writing, directing and performing. Kloon Hoog – whose concept the duo first developed at Dartmouth College in the 1990s – with Lawrence in 2002.
