Claudia Conway hopes to win the hearts of American Idol judges Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie in a new promo for the long-running singing competition.
The 16-year-old daughter of controversial Donald Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway and co-founder of The Lincoln Project, George Conway, has auditioned to win a gold ticket to Hollywood.
“I’m very excited. I’m Claudia Conway,” she introduced herself in the promo. “My parents are a high political figure.”
The aspiring singer has revealed that she is going to audition for American Idol shortly after she went viral last year for her TikTok videos featuring her controversial mother. In the various viral videos, the 16-year-old revealed her mother’s Covid-19 diagnosis, captured Kellyanne Conway’s mother apparently cursing her and more. On her TikToks, the youngest Conway tried to free her parents, who were both in the American Idol promo below.
American Idol will return Sunday for its nineteenth season.
