Chet Hanks‘ex-girlfriend now accuses him of their erratic relationship that recently ended bloody … and she claims he’s the one who abused her while they were together.
According to new legal documents, Chet’s ex, Kiana Parker, sued him in Texas for $ 1 million … she claims he dug her up on several occasions between October 2020 and January 2021.
In the lawsuit, which was obtained by TMZ, Kiana gives an alleged incident that TMZ first reported last month – she claims it happened in October 2020 in New Orleans, where Chet shot ‘Your Honor’. She claims he got angry when she told him she was leaving their room in the Windsor Court Hotel … grabbed her by the wrists and arms and pushed around the room and knocked over tables.
Like we told you, Kiana also claims that Chet told her that no one would believe her because he was ‘Chet Hanks’ and she was ‘just a ghetto black bitch’.
In the documents, Kiana claims that Chet threatened to kill her in a homicide-suicide the month after the alleged incident in New Orleans, and threatened her while her twins were in his home in Sugar Land, Texas.

TMZ broke the story … Chet and Kiana have a violent altercation on January 8 on video, with both allegations of violence and footage of a bloodied Hanks.
In the case, Kiana claims that Chet was extremely aggressive while moving her belongings out of his house that day and claims that he came down on her with a knife and claims that she swung a pot of self-defense towards him.
Kiana first raised many of these allegations when she received a temporary restraint on Chet in January. Chet denied her claims and filed a lawsuit against her for assault and battery, claiming she stole money from him.
Chet’s lawyer, Marty Singer, TMZ … “We consider the claims filed by Kiana Parker to be an abomination. The lawsuit filed by Ms. Parker responds to the lawsuit filed by Chet Hanks on March 4, 2021.
Singer believes the video of their quarrel in the kitchen tells the “undisputed” truth about their relationship, adding … “Her allegations are completely false, fabricated and fictional.”
