Cardi B mocks Candace Owens and Fox News for free WAP publicity gift

Cardi B had to censor the spicy parts of ‘WAP’ for her Grammys performance, but she rejoices that she still manages to make Fox News.

Experts in the conservative network grabbed their pearls this week over the rapper’s steamy Sunday night awards show with Megan Thee Stallion.

Right-wing commentator Candace Owens took to Tucker Carlson Tonight on Monday to express her grievances, saying she was “fearful” that such content would lead to a “weakening of American society” and stated that “we are on the verge of stand to see the end of an empire. ‘

“Yaaaayyyyyyy WE MADE FOX NEWS PEOPLE !!! Wap wap wap wap, ”Cardi B, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, tweeted at night.

In a follow-up tweet Tuesday, rapper Owens personally thanked her for giving airtime to her performance and promoting her sales and YouTube views.

This led to a full-fledged Twitter beef. Owens takes the bait, continues to criticize the rapper’s dance and tell her, “You have changed into a stain on culture and what it means to be a woman.”

Owens’ complaints are nothing new. Conservatives this week reacted exactly as when ‘WAP’ – a celebration of female sexuality – was first released. The song is demeaning, anti-feminist, vulgar and much more. The same critics were particularly less upset about the scores of sexually explicit songs by male artists.

Cardi B tweeted back: “Imagine that weapons caused the downfall of the American empire and not North Korea bomb threats, terrorism, racism or bad government?”

“IT WILL BE SO ICONIC !!!” she added. (In August, she refers to the initial conservative uproar over her song with the same descriptor).

If you have popcorn and lots of free time, the feud was still strong on Twitter at the time of this writing.
