Grammy-winning rapper Cardi B took to Twitter on Monday for help with acne breaking out on her cheek and chin.

“It’s been happening for three months now. S *** is really awkward,’s a 28-year-old Bronx-born – who boasts 146.6 million social media fans – regret.

‘I [have] has been breaking out lately and my face is extremely dry. I do not think these products work. I think it’s the water out here [in Los Angeles]. What are some great products for blackheads and dry skin on your face? ‘

Cardi (born Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar) reject most of her fans’ advice, including from a dermatologist, esthetician or Retinol, Cetaphil and face oil.

‘[Two weeks ago, the dermatologist] gave me some s *** that made my face dry more and [made] I get more [pores], ‘the Ms Gusta rapper complained.

‘They said it would take three months, but I did not have time for that and [they] did not give me a reason why I broke out. I never broke out on my cheeks and chin. ‘

Eventually, it took Kehlani, twice for the Grammy nominee, to give the former stripper the right reference she so desperately needed.
