In the video, camels are caught in a blizzard following a rare winter storm in the snow of the Middle East, from Saudi Arabia to Syria and Libya to Lebanon.
Parts of the region experienced their first snowfall in years, blocking roads and cutting off vaccination centers.
Footage showing the unlikely scene of camels plagued by a snowstorm outside the city of Tabuk in Saudi Arabia has been widely shared on social media.
Allegedly, tourists from as far away as the UAE came to witness the snowfall, which is not uncommon in the mountainous surroundings of Tabuk, but a stark contrast to the dry, desert-like conditions elsewhere in the region.
Saudi authorities issued weather warnings on Wednesday, including thunderstorms, snowstorms and strong winds in much of the country.
Weather expert Abdullah Al-Misnad said the snow in the Tabuk region would drop the permanent snow to 1,000 meters.
In January, the snow covered the Azerbaijani region, which is south of the Saudi city of Mecca along the shores of the Red Sea.
The weather event was reportedly the first time in more than 50 years that there had been snowfall.
Elsewhere this week, in northern Jordan, 20 inches of snow fell while winter showers also affected the capital Amman.
Severe weather conditions closed schools and universities, and the COVID-19 vaccination program was suspended.
Stormy winds also hit the region with Storm Joyce bringing storm surges of more than 60 km / h (100 kmh) to Jordan and Lebanon.

About 15 centimeters of snow fell in Syria while the capital Damascus had its first winter rain showers of the year.
Neighboring Israel also received snowfall, including in Jerusalem and the Golan Heights. On Wednesday night, Israeli police closed the highway between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem due to snow.
Parts of Turkey and Iraq saw similar scenes while residents of Libya in the far northeast of the country took their children out to make snowmen and fight snowball fights.
Significant snowfall has occurred in parts of the region over the past month, including the Algerian Sahara Desert, where temperatures have dropped below freezing and sand dunes have been covered with snow.
The city of Ain Sefra experienced snow only for the fourth time in more than four decades.
It comes as parts of Texas were hit by heavy snowfall after the state was hit by an unprecedented winter storm.
Photos and videos shared on Twitter show cities like Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, El Paso and Del Rio covered with a snow blanket.
