Call of Duty: Warzone patch restores infinite voice, nerfs DMR-14

A new Call of Duty: Warzone update is here with a much needed solution to a frustrating problem. The new patch also brings some balance changes to the game, including more DMR-14 nerfs.

The infinite Stim glitch has enabled players to make endless use of the tactical equipment Stim, which quickly recovers health, just by dropping their weapon while cooking a grenade. This simple activation process meant that the error was easily repeatable so that anyone who wanted to could use it without any problems. Fortunately, with this solution, the error should now disappear forever.

The patch also brings on another round of nerves for some guns that have dominated War zone for the last few weeks. The biggest target for nerves was once again the DMR-14, which survived last week’s hits and managed to stay the best rifle in the game without much trouble. In this patch, Raven took a heavier hand with the rifle, significantly reducing his damage over longer distances and making the recoil even more unforgivable.

The patch also weakens the Type 63, which also received some adjustments last week. The Type 63 is basically the younger brother of the DMR-14, and it also reduced its damage remotely, just to make sure it could not easily replace the other rifle in the meta.
