Biden made remarks in Atlanta about violence and discrimination against the Asian American community after eight people, six of them Asians, were shot dead there Tuesday night. Biden won the state of Georgia and its 16 election votes in November by nearly 12,000 votes, which overturned a state that Trump won in 2016 by more than 100,000 votes.
