Arizona Cardinals QB Kyler Murray returns from ankle injury to Los Angeles Rams

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray returned after Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Rams to begin the fourth quarter.

Rugby Chris Streveler took over for Murray until he was left 14:25 in the game with the Cardinals with 18-7.

Murray left the game after suffering an injury through Rams defensive line Morgan Fox, with 12:14 left in the first. Murray limped up and went straight to the dressing room. He eventually returned to the field, tried to walk away from the injury and was evaluated in the blue injury tent, but walked back to locker room.

Murray had his left ankle redesigned and warmed up after returning to the sidelines, but only played again in the fourth quarter.

Murray spent time in and out of the locker room in the first half and early in the third quarter. Streveler takes over for Murray and throws an attack on his first ride, but the offense doesn’t deliver much further.

According to coach Kliff Kingsbury, Murray suffered a “lower leg” injury in the final seconds of the San Francisco 49ers defeat last week and said this week that he “feels good”.
