La Chancellery argentina published a statement in which he clarified his “energetic recovery” to new military needs in the Malvinas Islands. In the communiqué denounced the participation of soldiers of Grenadiers Guards y del Scottish guards in conjunction with fuerzas de la Real Artillery (RA) y de la Regte Fuerza Aérea (RAF, por las siglas in English de Royal Air Force), which forms part of the United Kingdom military deployment in the Malvinas Islands.

The Argentine governor claims that these operations constitute “an unjustified demonstration of force and a deliberate separation of the lamentations of the numerical resolutions of the United Nations and other international bodies, which are in charge of Argentina as well as the United Kingdom in renewing the negotiations, finally find a pacific and definitive solution to the sovereignty dispute that involves both countries in the Question of the Malvinas Islands”.
British posture
