Famitsu today released a New Year’s card from Persona developer Atlus, featuring news on 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim and more.

The card reveals that Vanillaware’s critically acclaimed game shipped more than 300,000 copies within one year of its release.

This is definitely a great achievement for such a niche production.

The message also mentioned that in addition to Shin Megami Tensei V and Project RE: Fantasy, which is currently actively developing, Atlus is also planning a memorial project to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the 2021 Persona series. This reflects previous mentions. It is worth mentioning that it is not clearly specified whether this ‘project’ is an actual game or another plan, as the wording in Japanese is vague and may indicate any option.

13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim is now available exclusively for PS4.
