1,000 cars park in Fort Worth for Houston’s famous Turkey Bone Hut Food Truck – NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth

*Update: The Houston restaurant would serve their world-famous turkey legs and Cajun bowls at 11 a.m. in Fort Worth on Friday. cars started forming around 09:00 and by 11:00 organizers said 1,000 cars were in line.

The Turkey Leg Hut, a company in Houston that has developed a wild following since its inception more than five years ago, is coming to Dallas-Fort Worth.

A food cart will be parked at The Potter’s House in Fort Worth from 11 a.m. to midnight on March 19, 20 and 21. Customers can buy stuffed turkey legs and Cajun bowls. (Note that the Potter’s House has many campuses. This event is in Fort Worth Church.)

A spokesman says this is the first time Turkey Leg Hut has served food to the public in Dallas-Fort Worth.

“People are asking when we are coming to this area all the time on social media,” said Nakia Price, co-founder of Turkey Leg, in a statement. “We’re glad we can finally share a taste of our distinctive menu with the Dallas-Fort Worth community, and are so grateful to The Potter’s House that they hosted us for the weekend.”
