Zack Snyder’s Army Of The Dead Story is a zombie-filled heist

Director Zack Snyder’s upcoming Army of the Dead will be a zombie-filled heist film that promises Snyder to be a 100 percent zombie chaos.

Director Zack Snyder is coming Army of the Dead is a zombie-filled robbery when it will appear exclusively on Netflix later this year. The long-awaited film has since been officially announced, only officially announced a year ago.

Snyder, who is widely known for his work on a multitude of superhero movies over the past decade, made his legal debut on the big screen in 2004. Dawn of Death. As a remake of the iconic zombie movie mastermind of George A. Romero’s 1978 film of the same name, Dawn of Death did very well with horror fans with its release, and immediately put Snyder in the spotlight. But rather than follow up the film with further exploration of the genre, Snyder switched to different pursuits and two years later garnered additional praise with 300, before diving head-first into the superhero genre. Despite this loving allegiance to all superheroes, Snyder never gave up his gruesome roots, making the announcement that Army of the Dead his next project would be extremely satisfying for fans of horror movies.

As one of 2021’s most anticipated films, Snyder’s Army of the Dead is currently the focus of an exclusive behind the scenes of EW. I insist that his film ‘100 percent zombie chaos, ”Snyder made it clear that this is more than just a version of the zombie story, thanks to the linking of a heist movie amid a zombie apocalypse. The avid fans assure that the new film, apart from the horror and heist elements, will also contain ‘warmth and true emotion’ in its characters, Snyder said:

“It’s a full-fledged zombie-heist movie with balls-to-the-wall, so it’s genre-on-genre in a wonderful way. So you expect pure zombie chaos, and you get it, 100 percent. “But you too get these really amazing characters on a fantastic journey. It’s going to amaze people that there’s a lot of warmth and real emotion with these amazing characters.”

The zombie genre had a big boom in the early 2000s, especially thanks to movies like 28 days later and the aforesaid Dawn of Death remake. The definition of what a zombie was and how it behaved seems to be changing, but despite the flood of movies that have emerged over the course of two decades, no attempt has ever been made to make a movie that follows a casino -heist during a zombie apocalypse. In fact, Snyder admits that he previously directed the film to Warner Bros. concentrated, but the studio felt it was too much money to spend on a zombie movie. After sitting in the dreaded development hell for years, it was finally Netflix that decided to take a chance.

It may seem strange to think that anyone’s priority during a zombie apocalypse is to rob a casino, as money is unlikely to be worth much. But it may take the whole matter too seriously. From the sounds of it, Snyder’s Army of the Dead forms a lot of fun – something that people desperately need in 2021.
