Zack Snyder that his version of Justice League – known as the Snyder track – will be a four-hour film, not a miniseries.

Snyder was originally on board the DC movie Justice League in 2017 as a director, but retired during the post-production following the death of his daughter. Joss Whedon took over the film from him.

After fans, cast and crew appealed to Snyder’s original vision to see the light of day, Warner Bros. confirmed that the Snyder Cut was underway and would be available on HBO Max in March 2021.

It was initially reported that the new Justice League because of its length, it will consist of four parts. However, the director has now confirmed that it will rather be a four-hour film.

To a fan on the social networking site Vero who asked if the project would be a series or a ‘one shot movie’, Snyder replied: “One shot.”

Earlier this month, the filmmaker spoke about Jared Leto’s como in the upcoming film. In a new interview, he reveals that the actor’s appearance comes from one of the two scenes of additional photography shot last year.

“There were two pieces added,” he said. A bit that I really hoped to shoot in the post but never got the chance, and then one scene with Jared. This whole piece with Jared. ‘

Snyder also said he does not currently have plans to film more DC movies. “Is it cool that the fans have so much confidence in the trajectory?” he said. ‘Yeah, it’s amazing, and I can’ t be happier and I’m excited to see Justice League so they can drink the whole elixir of Justice League. But would I continue? I have no plan to do that. But like I said, I did not think I would be here, so who knows? ‘
