The 45-year-old Scrubs actor went out with Florence in August 2018 and proved that they are still going strong despite outspoken critics about their 20-year age gap.
Zach gave fans a rare look at their relationship and marked his girlfriend’s 25th birthday by naming her the ‘nicest person’ he has ever met.

The sweet post comes after Florence defended the 20-year gap between her and her boyfriend.
She said in a Sue Perkins podcast interview in July: ‘I’ve always found it funny, how good can I be for people to look at my work and support my work and pay for tickets, and I’m old enough to be an adult and pay taxes, but I’m not old enough to know who to and should not have sex with.
“Again to make a young woman feel like s *** for no reason,” she adds.

‘People just want to have a say in who you go out to, where you’re going to have lunch. For me, I have always found that part of this life, even when I grew up to be actresses, I have always found it so strange how people have a say in your private life.
‘I’m not a reality TV star, and I do not allow people to be like that in my life. Since when has it been OK for someone to yell at someone for their relationship? ‘
Zac and his former co-star, Scrubs, Donald Faison (46), released their podcast Fake Doctors, Real Friends on iHeart Radio in March in which they review the series while sharing their stories and experiences of filming the show.
