As funeral preparations for the Duke of Edinburgh continue, many members of the royal family look back on his life through the magic of photographs.
On Wednesday 14 April Prince William and Kate MiddletonThe Instagram account shared a setback photo of Balmoral Castle in 2015 where Prince Philip and his wife Queen Elizabeth II pose with Prince George and Princess Charlotte when she was just a baby.
“Today we, along with members of @theroyalfamily, share photos of The Duke of Edinburgh,” the report said. “To remember him as a father, grandfather and great-grandfather.”
If it wasn’t sweet enough, a photo from 2018 popped up again showing how much love there was in the family. As the caption states: ‘The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh are surrounded by seven of their great-grandchildren in Balmoral Castle in 2018.’
