This total brings the pandemic total in Arizona to 793,532 cases and 14,834 deaths.

According to data from The COVID Tracking Project, seven-day rolling averages of daily new cases and daily deaths have dropped over the past two weeks.

The moving average of daily new cases fell from 6,184.3 on January 28 to 2,758.6 on Thursday, while the rolling average of daily deaths during the same period dropped from 149.6 to 130.

The number of infections is thought to be much higher than reported because many people have not been tested, and studies suggest that people can become infected with the virus without feeling sick.

VACCINE

Vaccinations with COVID-19 will help you get COVID-19. You may have side effects, which are normal signs that your body is building up protection. According to New YCCHS spokeswoman Terri Farneti, these side effects may affect your ability to do daily activities, but they will disappear within a few days.

SIDE EFFECTS

The arm where you got the shot, one can experience and swell. During the rest of your body, someone who receives the vaccine may experience fever, chills, fatigue and headaches.

When should you call the doctor? In most cases, discomfort due to fever or pain is normal. But just in case, here are two things to note:

-If the redness or softness where you shot increases after 24 hours

-If you worry about side effects, it does not seem to go away after a few days.

Some people experience worse side effects after the second dose. The vaccine Moderna and Pfizer are administered in two doses, with approximately 28 and 21 days, respectively.

More users of V-safe, the CDC’s tool for reporting vaccine side effects, reported side effects within a week of getting their second chance compared to the first, according to a CDC update of 27 January.
